Schedules

Schedules are a developer preview in DEBUG builds. Save a recurring prompt for a project, choose an agent and model, then configure hourly, daily or weekly timing and a timezone. Each run starts a fresh chat named after the schedule and its scheduled date and time, such as Review changes · Sep 12, 9:00 AM, using the schedule’s timezone.

The Schedules header above Environments in the drawer has View All and + controls, with no dropdown. The Beta badge appears beside the title. Tap Schedules or View All to open the schedules list in the navigation stack, with Back navigation, or + to create a schedule. The screen uses tall rounded cards in two staggered columns, with the right column starting lower. Accessibility text sizes use a single column. Thinking and permissions appear together in the Agent & model item. Saving requires an internet connection and an online paired Mac. The Mac approves the prompt and settings for one year. After the scheduler accepts the settings, the list shows the next run and the latest status. Changes sync across your signed-in devices.

The list and editor show workspace icons and agent logos to identify each schedule’s project and agent. Controls use a neutral light or dark appearance; the Schedule enabled switch is green when on.

Tap a saved schedule to edit it or switch Schedule enabled off. Long-press a card and choose Delete to remove it. Saving, pausing and deleting require the Mac to be online. A stale editor asks you to close and reopen before saving. Pausing or deleting revokes future starts; it does not cancel a run already admitted by the Mac. If saving fails after the Mac approves, retry saving to finish syncing the definition.

Missed runs are skipped rather than replayed in a backlog. A start that cannot be confirmed after a restart is marked interrupted instead of being sent twice.

The preview requires updated Mac/iOS apps, Spine and Firestore indexes/rules. Runs use the Mac's CLI login. Save again to renew expired approval; unpairing the approving device invalidates its approvals. Other hosts, RepoGo and on-device agents are not supported yet. Scheduled runs currently accept text prompts without attachments or app-connected MCP tools.
